Organizational Consulting

“We have done the same thing the past few years and have gotten decent results, but I know we could do a lot better. I just don’t know what to do or what to tackle first because I’m just so busy!”

We hear this a lot. In fact, if most organizations were being honest, they might admit something similar. They just aren’t sure what to do next because they’ve done the same thing year-in-year-out, and need someone to help them make the right changes.

This is where we come in. Our vision is to “Improve Organizations Everywhere”. Many times it starts with the leader (coaching) and then we move on to the company (consulting). Our focus is on collaboratively building forward-looking strategy, organizational health, and a winning culture.

With 18 years of experience leading in large organizations, our solutions aren’t just good ideas we read about. Instead, they’re based on experience and a track record of leaving every executive and team better than when we found them.

Our organizational consulting focuses on four areas:

Most executives have a dream or a vision of where they’d like their company to end up. They can see it, hear it, and even smell it. The problem is that hope is not a strategy. You can’t hope your way to greater impact, better products, or a lasting legacy. Many times you need someone to help scale and extend your current company in order to change the direction and priorities for the sake of the long-term vision. Together, we assess both internal and external factors in order to build a clear plan and then help you execute it.

The lifeblood of a company is new and repetitive sales. How an organization stokes these fires is key to building a scalable model that will continue to grow into the future. The problem is that not everyone has a process, and the ones they do have just don’t work. Once we help define these processes and improve communication, the results are clarity and simplicity, while improving quality.

Every leader is different, but many times people try to treat them the same. We don’t do that. Instead, we take a different approach to leadership development to figure out what their unique edge is so that they can lead at a new level with confidence and effectiveness. Develop the right people, the right way and you’ll have the key to unlocking the next level of your company.

Another part of organizational health is how your team functions. Teams work hard to get the job done and reach their goals. Sometimes in the pursuit of doing great things, we lose sight of our relationships in order to check the next box. We offer unique solutions to help bring teams back together through fun experiences, which boost morale and catapult them back into their groove.

Fun and work rarely get to hang out together. We all know we do our best work when we are having fun. How do we create a workplace that values and promotes more fun? Learning the four components of what makes work fun and figuring out how to employ them is the difference between a place people want to be and a place they dread to go.
